NO TO BOTTLE

Bottle feeding has been very easy for mothers to give to her child, so was my case. After few months of her first b'day, when my daughter was big enough to leave bottle, I decided to stop giving her bottle feed but the question was how? I knew it was  very difficult task(as I heard from others) but I had to do it. As she was use to it and so it was not easy for her too. I tried many things, one of them was spoon. I gave her milk by spoon but after taking 3-4 spoons she used to start crying😔 and I had to give her a bottle. I tried this for a week but no use .I knew it was difficult but so much..I had not expected. She was my first child so I  didn’t know what to do next?
One day when I went to purchase a diaper, I saw a sipper. I bought it as if God is saying,”ja lele sipper ji le apni zindagi”( jokes apart).I started giving milk in  it but she refused. It was not her mistake as she didn’t know how to drink from it. Now what?
One day, I had an idea,“Why not try water?”, and it worked😊. After few days I started giving milk in it but only one time i.e. in the evening. Slowly, I  hid all her bottles and milk powder too, I didn’t even speak the word “ bottle” in front of her ,we would say bottle as B,O,T,T,L,E.I knew if she started again then it will become really difficult to quit bottle.

This is how I succeeded without so much difficulty(as I heard) and with a hope i will pass all such difficulty with ease(mujhe pata hai aisa hoga nahi)😈

Fruits!Fruits!Fruits!

FRUIT!!!!One of the major concerns for moms for their kids or you can say for the children up to the age 2 ( after that you can't control kids taste). Now a day’s kids don’t like fruits at all. I don’t know how they differentiate between healthy and non healthy things?😒  They only like candies, chocolates, chips.Even my 2 yrs daughter like these (we used to talk in spellings whenever we want to use these words)😎.
Till the age of 1 she loves fruits but after that her loves become likes and then hates. When she completed her 2 yrs,I supposed she was asking me “Mom, What are fruits?”
After few days I realized by not eating fruits, she was missing lots of nutrients. Its time for me to do something. So, one day I tried “banana shake” (with less milk).Guess what? She ate😃😃. Giving same fruits is also not good, mango season is going on, why not try mango shake or aam ras
.This experiment also worked but apple shake not worked(i guess she don’t like apple).
Doesn’t matter, I gave her only these two shakes for few days, after that little break. Giving same thing again and again scared me, might be she stopped eating this also.
Kid's moms you can try this never know what works, but remember
  • ·   Less milk
  • · Don’t keep shakes too long , prepare fresh shakes ,especially banana shake.
  • ·   You can add some flavors in it to make it tasty ,I add roofzah.
  • ·    Sugar can be added ,its up to baby taste.
